Love, Trust and Liberation

Don’t we all long to live each moment of every day feeling free to be and live who we are in our fullness?

Living lives of calling requires both commitment and surrender.

How might both surrendering and committing to a path of love, trust and liberation with self, with God/Life/Mystery and a community of like-minded souls lead us to live our sacred calling... to live our true selves with greater freedom and ease?

All sessions will include presentation, guided meditations, questions for reflection and journaling, and small group discussions. This 13 session workshop will include:

1. How Love, Trust and Liberation define Living Calling. Living calling (and all change) comes first from within. To participate in changing the world to more resemble the vision we hold, we first examine and change ourselves.

2. LOVE: What is love, the noun? Explore creating a personal definition of love as a grounding foundation.

3. LOVE and ourselves: What does it mean to love ourselves? What does it look like in practice? We can only love others as we love ourselves. What about forgiveness?

4. LOVE: How to live love, the verb? What does it mean to live love?

5. TRUST: What is trust, the noun? Explore creating a personal definition of trust as a grounding foundation.

6. TRUST and ourselves: What does it mean to trust ourselves? What does it look like in practice? We can only trust others as we trust ourselves.

7. TRUST: How to live trust, the verb? What does it mean to live with trust?

8. LIBERATION: What is liberation, the noun? Explore creating a personal definition of liberation as a grounding foundation. Shared sovereignty as a way of BEing and LIVing.

9. LIBERATION and ourselves: What does it mean to liberate ourselves? What does it look like in practice? The power of a positive NO. How our liberation frees others.

10. LIBERATION: How to live liberate, the verb? What does it mean to live a liberated life? What is shared sovereignty in practice?

11. BEing Love, trust and liberation: Reflecting on the journey with love, trust and liberation. How are we different internally? Are we showning up from a different place of BEing? How have our underlying foundation values, perceptions, beliefs, ways of BEing with myself, with my Higher Power, with others in the world changed?

12. LIVing Love, trust and liberation: How has this journey changed our sense of calling in the world? What is our vision for ourselves in this world? What is our vision for our circle? What is our vision for the world? And what is our place in that world vision? What have we experienced in our circle to take into the world and how?

13. Love, Trust and Liberation: How could BEing and LIVing LOVE, TRUST and LIBERATION change the world? How is Life calling us to BE and LIVE now? What next?
